I have a single population and applied two different techniques measuring the same molecule. One gives me concentrations and the other one gives luminosity.
Is there a way to compare these two techniques? To understand if they are measuring the same thing? Can I use Lin’s concordance correlation coefficient, Bland and Altman’s limits-of-agreement procedure and interclass correlations as if it were two measurements using the same unit/scale?

How can I compare two measurement technics of the population whose results are expressed in different scales?
